Ok , first off to set the record straight this is Lou creating this review not Patty.<br />Ok just the facts ,<br />1) HGH is a bio feedback system. If anything were to actually increase HGH ( in the simplest explanation ) your body would trigger a balance response to product less HGH.<br />2) Simply Google -increase testosterone or HGH ( skip all the bogus Ads ) and just make your own potent combination of the same and more products at less cost. You can triple some of these ingredients in order to actually get results that are real and safe ! Check with your MD before making any change to your diet !<br />3) read the label , read the label and read it again ! THis is a 1990ties ploy when the common consumer heard about real HGH supplementation and all the ads touted the results of real HGH not the supplement lol ! Same with these claims, “ the ingredients found in this supplement have been shown “ ok , let me see a double blind test, let me see if the HGH levels were at normal at the start of the test or did we use test subjects with abnormal low HGH ? What were the amounts of the ingredients given in the test ?<br />4) Look the supplement industry gave the magical ZMA , an over priced combination of common minerals that were supposed to cure everything including sleep issues lol !<br />I can tell you as an unsponsored 33 year expert in CPG ( consumer products ) that not one product exist at retail that increases test , HGH , estrogen ect unless it contains real hormones undetected by the FDA !<br />Trust me , Google do the research, create your own !<br />Great products that exist with no hidden agenda = NutroBio, KageMuscle, simple L-Citrulene, Munk Pack cookies , all different companies ,,,, because when your not sponsored by Amazon and or the one supplier , you can be honest in your reviews !

I will turn 45 in a cpl days. My sleep sucks, and have felt a little less energized getting through my days. Bought gh-boost by Nugenix in hopes I can restore that all important sleep aspect of my life and hopes to feel a little more energized throughout my day. After 2 weeks I can 100% say this product is full of empty promises. I can get better sleep using zzz-quil, and I can use energy drinks to put a kick in my step. But the worst thing about this product is the FLAVOR, one word, REVOLTING. Tastes like a tea that was strained through someones dirty underwear and you would swear you were drinking it from a old dirty boot. It doesnt mix well either. Needless to say my subscription will be cancelled. Thanks Nugenix for yet another product on the market filled with false promises. On to the next. i would be a lifelong customer,love this product! unfortunately contains sucralose which causes cancer. i have discontinued use,if manufacturer could redo fomula with a natural sweetener,ie. activia i would be a lifelong customer with this product!!!!

I'm a 38 year old man, that's been using this for about 3 months now. I haven't felt as energetic and motivated, in probably 10 years. I won't begin to try and understand why, but it's literally changed everything about my behavior, and physique. I've lost 28lbs, and have gained noticable muscle mass, without doing anything beyond drinking this (on an empty stomach) before I go to bed. I drink it slowly, over about an hour. I've seen other reviews talking about a head rush, or tingling extremities. That may be a side effect of drinking it to quickly.<br /><br />I have no desire to eat junk food anymore. Somehow, it has also helped control my appetite. I typically don't eat more than half a hamburger (or equivalent) anymore, when previously I could easily eat a large size combo meal. I did stop taking it for about 2 weeks to see how I would feel. I did notice an increase in appetite without taking it. I also noticed a decrease in motivation, and found myself watching more TV.<br /><br />I was skeptical before trying it, but saw a commercial for it, and thought it was worth a shot. I'm very happy I did.

Helps me sleep

I've been tracking my sleep via my Fitbit for the last 6 years or longer so I have a great case study on that. My snoring is down and my sleep is much better in the last 2 weeks I've been on this product. Better sleep means healthier body. So that in itself is a selling point. I also lost 1lb per week. Nothng different going on but more sleep so my body is functioning better. The taste isn't great. It tells you to sip the product....the reason is otherwise the niacin can make you uncomfortable as it enters your body. If you get bad flushing from niacin you definitely will want to sip not guzzle this. I am one of those people and learned the hard way. I was laying in bed and my elbows, ears and then arms and legs were on fire. It goes away as I'm falling asleep and when I sip it I barely tingle at all. Over all this has shown great promise in that I sleep more soundly, less snoring, my dreams are off the hook crazy and I remember them the next morning. I'm losing weight...4lbs a month is 48lbs in a year. Better than any fat burners on the market today. With no change in diet or lifestyle? And I obviously feel better all day as a result. Definitey worth a shot. You know you've paid more, for less over the years. I'm back to get my second box now. So much better than the other GH boosters out there. I've tried them all over the last 10 plus years. This has been my best bang for the buck.<br /><br />UPDATE: If you have adverse reactions to Niacin, this product will make you flush, which means racing heartbeat, tingling in hands and feet, elbows, ears and knees. If you have bug bites? They will start to itch. Your knuckles will turn red and burn. But it does go away. Not everyone has this reaction. Otherwise, it helps me sleep and sleep means weight loss. No getting around how important solid sleep is in helping you lose weight and feel better. If you are working out, that is also when your body repairs. So theres no magic here. It helps you sleep and rebuild and the benefits of that are undeniable. Any other voodoo that may happen even if a placebo? Worth taking a chance. The taste is meh and I'mn not a fan but I sip it down. You are not supposed to gulp it even though most of us just want to get it over with. I give it a 4 out of 5 because the actual GH part of it is suspect and I can't prove any benefit from that but the restful sleeping and waking up in the morning energized are worth the price of admission.
