Started noticing better recovery after about two weeks of consistent use. Tastes way better than I expected for a supplement; I actually look forward to taking it. Label is clear about dosing and the bottle doesn't take up much shelf space.
Clumps badly no matter how long I shake it; gritty residue settles at the bottom. There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past. Didn't notice any of the benefits the label promises, even after a full bottle.
