As a student in my PhD program in natural medicine I was always taught the phrase by Hippocrates that 'disease begins in the gut'. After studying nutrition and natural health over the last 26 years that never rings more true than today. This is an excellent probiotic with 50 billion CFU and 11 different strains. With 2/3 of our immune system in our GI tract it is so important to make sure we keep it healthy and happy with fermented foods and probiotics. I like this brand because it is shelf stable and I know all the other products from Naturelo have been a grand slam.

Incredible results. Remember to start off really slowly on probiotics or you’re gut will get worse (painful explosive diarrhea!) before it gets better! I dumped 3/4 of the capsule out for two weeks then slowly increased. Absolutely profound results for my Crohn’s disease, stomach pains, and gut health.

It took me two days of research to help me know what I was looking for and decide which one to buy. There are so many out there that just don't do the job. This one was terrific. It definitely is helping me with my UC flare symptoms. I have been taking probiotics, fish oil, and bromelain/ turmeric vitamins daily, and the combination has made this flare less intense and manageable. My regular medications really give me a lot of side effects and I end up feeling miserable. I am so glad I did my research. This is a quality product! Will be buying this on a regular basis from now on!

I have IBS and with quality probiotics I can feel a difference. I think it's good to change up a probiotic every other month so I use renew life as well.
