I want to like this pro-biotic. It has pretty much every beneficial bacteria that has been well studied in the formula. Unfortunately, I think the batch I received was a dud. Was on it for 2.5 weeks and didn't really have any noticeable positive effects (if anything, it seemed like I had less digestive consistency than before). I noticed that the shipping means were not refridgerated. I know they can survive for 2 weeks without refridgeration, so transit may not be an issue, but I have no way of knowing how the supplier actually stored them (and for how long). Will be trying a bottle purchased locally from an authorized retailer found on MegaFood's website, who I have confirmed stores it appropriately. If the product works (and it was just the storage that was the issue) I'll come back and update my review!<br /><br />Update: I tried the new batch from a local store and there is definitely a noticeable difference in digestion. The one I received online must have lost potency.

I love this product. It truly makes me feel right in my stomach. I have noticed a decrease in appetite without any bloating. I seem to eat the right amount of food without getting too full yet I feel satisfied...lost 26 pounds.<br /><br />I have ordered this product, and compared it to other products that are similar, and there is no comparison IMO. My &#34;health-nut&#34; son, came home, and tried it and he is convinced too. Hence, I don't think it's just me.<br /><br />I'm a firm believer, and a repeat buyer.

The product gets 5 stars, the actual purchase gets 2 stars. I have used this product for quite a while and I like it. I have always bought it locally at a substantially higher price. I was happy to save the money by buying it online, and it arrived very quickly but I was concerned that it did not ship in any sort of a refrigeration package, making me wonder if it had ever been refrigerated?!?! I can't say as a notice a difference in the product, but I am not sure if I would buy it online again without assurances of how it would be packaged.

I had my gall bladder removed years ago and have suffered from "acid reflux" and abdominal pain severe enough that I have been to the hospital numerous times over the last 5 years. On my last visit the ER Dr. prescribed a "pack" for what he suspected was an ulcer. The package contained aliminum bubble envelop that was inserted inside the regular envelope. Besides this, it was wrapped nicely in a durable package with ice-brix leakproof gel to prevent cold from escaping. The pills are inside glass bottle with wonderfully designed label. Everything looked first class. I did the probiotic milk test by placing two pills inside milk overnight. The next day, milk turned into kefir/yogurt like substance which proves that this probiotic is 100% working! The other probiotics with labels that suggests that they can be kept outside did not turn into kefir when I did the milk test on them. I only trust probiotics that should be refrigerated because live culstures such as yogurts and kefirs must be refrigerated. Probiotics that do not require refrigeration do not have all the live organisms in them. Heat can kill organisms which die due to lack of nutrients in a proper refrigerated environment. Without a doubt, this probiotic definitely made me feel better after taking it for 1 month. My bowel movements have restored and the live bacteria in this probiotic helped me with my stomach issues. Thank you very much to MegaFlora for not lying to people and producing good quality product that truly helps. While it is a little bit on the expensive side, I didn't waste my money at all. I will be ordering a second bottle today.
