I began taking this supplement 1 week ago. I have already noticed significant changes in my mood, clarity and energy. Mood: I don’t seem to be getting stressed out and nervous in tense and stressful situations. Clarity: My mind is sharper. I am retaining information much easier. Energy: let me clarify what I mean by energy. There is no shaky or jittery feeling. The supplement has provided me with endurance to accomplish and want to accomplish more tasks. I have read where some have reported weight loss. As of right now, I have not experienced any weight loss. The pandemic has caused me to experience a lot of negative emotion. Inability to tolerate or handle stressful situations. I’m happy to report I have had significant positive changes in these areas. The only reason I have given only 4 stars is it took several weeks for delivery.

This is my second bottle of L-Tyrosine. My first bottle I bought was a different brand that was more expensive. This brand is less expensive but it does the same thing. I notice that I have a lot more energy when I take this. I find myself having energy all day, I don't really get tired. I also notice that my appetite is more in control when I take this. I can go from 7AM to noon without eating and feel completely fine. I also have less cravings, I feel like overall my appetite is more manageable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get healthy.

Used it with selenium, zinc and iodine for thyroid issues. Dry skin, is gone, hydration is returning, hair is getting gloss back among other things improved. I am so happy, and more comfortable sleep compared to before.

Have been using this for a decade now. I knew my thyroid was not functioning well since my 20s, but could not get the medical support I needed. (Tired allll the time w/brain fog). I started using 1 gm (2caps) every morning with the addition of kelp (for iodine) and my thyroid levels now run at high normal. It takes several months to strengthen and support your thyroid....but it certainly feels good to be alive!

I'm actually pretty shocked at how well this works! It gave me energy, motivation and focus that I desperately need. I did a little research, ordered this, then researched a little more that a more potent version is called n-acetyl tyrosine, so my hopes weren't very high for this product, but I was proved wrong. Just as a heads up, this product will work much better for you if you're getting plenty of B vitamins and protein through your diet or supplements.
