Is all melatonin the same? I'd never given the question any thought, and always assumed that it was. This one however is different and seems to work better than the typical "100 melatonin tablets for $9" type you commonly seem for sale - if the stuff was all the same, well then I could save a lot of money cutting those cheaper pills into half for a "low dose" similar to what this product offers. No, this is a much higher quality supplement. I DO typically achieve a high quality sleep with this product but like every melatonin supplement it "releases" between 6 1/2 and 7 hours and I wake up - whether I want to get up that soon or not! While the highly recommended "8 hours of sleep a night" advice may still be elusive, at least I can almost always get 6 1/2- 7 hours consistently. Also there's no "melatonin hangover" with these - perhaps again due to their patented formula in a low dosage? Well anyway - if you have trouble sleeping you might want to give it a try.

I’ve been under a lot of stress and that affects my sleep, which makes me incredibly anxious. I was getting five hours of sleep a night, just waking up too early. I’ve tried other melatonin supplements—at a higher dose—and I didn’t think they helped. But found this here and read the reviews and thought I’d try it. I was getting desperate for sleep. I stated taking one pill, and I could get 7 hours. No more than that. I stopped taking because then I could get 7 on my own. Until I became really anxious and only got 1 hour of sleep one night. The next night I took 1 pill, but I was still so anxious I woke up an hour later—and never went back to sleep. My mind was wrecked. So that night I took 2 pills for a total of 1 mg. I feel right to sleep and slept 8 hours. It did me wonders. So I’ve taken 2 pills for 4 nights now, and I’m getting 8 hours or more (third night I didn’t have to get up for work because it was Saturday, so I got 10 hours). The first two mornings I did wake up a little groggy, but it wears off quickly. I’m just so grateful. I’m going to try to taper back off, but wow, this product really worked so well for me.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Third-party tested, clean label. That's what I look for first. Actually works too, which is a bonus.

Switched from a more expensive brand and honestly can't tell the difference in results. Saves money.
