This is an honest review of this product. I have not implanted or fabricated the information given.<br /><br />This concept of providing 3 basic necessities for weight loss is pretty remedial. It provides you a standard daily dose of day time appetite control taken twice during the day. Then it provides CLA component taken 3 times a day for fat control around the hard areas like belly and thighs. Lastly for bedtime it provides a mechanism (pills) to help control late night urges and restful sleep.<br /><br />I think the product is a good concept but poor execution. The day time formula us weak. It doesn't provide a real thermogenic burn or results that you can experience with products like Hydroxycut. It doesn't truly control those hunger urges.<br /><br />The CLA I can not agree helps. Its design seems to be ineffective. After 1 month I cannot see any real valid results. I think it might provide better results for overly obese individuals but for myself (180 Lbs 6 feet) I did not see any effects on my stomach region.<br /><br />The evening dose does seem like it helps control appetite and does help you relax faster in the evening. I do not recommend you take the evening pills if driving or using machinery. It will help you want to sleep.<br /><br />Overall I give it 2.5 stars but rounded up. For those that have never had a diet it might work better for you. But those that are trying to hit those extra few pounds and fix love handles, save your money.
