Really Amazon? What part of "Keep refrigerated" didn't make sense to you? At least most vitamin shops ship probiotics with an ice pack. I'll continue with Pro-5, as it is one of the few probiotics my damaged/sensitive GI tract can handle, but I'll be finding a new supplier.
this product is supposed to be refrigerated and the shipper did nothing to assure the freshness of the product!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pro 5 is expensive but is one of the best probiotics on the market! Your Immune system needs this people!
These arrived with no cold pack and were off color from the ones I ordered from a company that provides cold packs.<br />Tried taking them 3 days but felt ill after taking them.
Specifically says to have refrigerated. This is the 2nd time I've received it like this. Not happy. I will have to purchase a different product.
This brand was recommended by my nutritionist so I have been taking this for many years. Nice to be able to purchase on Amazon.
