Pills came with a warm ice pack. did not come refrigerated as they were supposed to. I contacted the company and they told me it would still be okay and that they would send me info from the manufacturer. They never did. I would not order from them again.

I had the same issue as the other reviewer! Twice I ordered this product and both times they arrived with a warm pack. For anyone who is unaware,pro-biotics have live cultures which is what makes them work. That's also why they have to be kept cold in delivery. This product is spot on but the delivery is poor.

If yours arrives with a warm ice pack, consider yourself lucky. Mine was not shipped with an ice pack at all, despite the label stating to keep it refrigerated. Very disappointed because I like the product and it was recommended by my doctor.
