I don't know exactly how to rate this supplement, but I know when I take my Twinlab supplements regularly I feel much better overall. Twinlab has an excellent reputation in mid-range for pricing. You can get higher quality, but at a steeper price. I feel like Twinlab addresses all my concerns and has a great product at prices that make it reasonable to use every day.

Helped me with muscle soreness and fatigue. Also helped manage a chronic digestive issue that was made worse after a bout of flu. If you have chronic pain, muscle soreness, you should try this. Twinlab supplements are always highest quality & here the price is excellent.
