L-Glutamine: The Most Important Amino Acid You Can Take
Prior to a few years ago, you probably were unaware of the importance of L Glutamine.<br /><br />First, and most important, L-Glutamine (added to two other amino acids) is critical to the body's manufacture/ and production of Glutathione, which has been called "the most important anti-oxidant you never heard of.
