Since turning 40 I've suffered digestive distress. It didn't matter what I ate. Up until I was 40 I had the legendary "cast iron stomach." I've been taking it for 3 days now and every single abdominal symptom is gone. I've eaten greasy food, fried food, sweets, I've even had a little alcohol, and I'm prefectly fine. I feel like someone gave me my body back. In case it helps someone to determine dosage, I take 1 with small snacks and 2 with meals, and if my food includes dairy, I add an extra dairy-specific supplement, as well.

When I first saw this product in Whole Foods, I was a bit skeptical, and it was more expensive than here as well. But the store person said, "Just try one bottle, you will be hooked." She was right. Better than any antacid or digestive aid I have ever used before, this just seems to eliminate digestive problems from foods that might otherwise cause "distress" of many kinds, including gas, bloating, heart burn, etc. It just works for us. What more can you want?

I have suffered from acid reflux for a while and had to take prescription acid inhibitors for years. Once I found this product, in combination with extra daily probiotic supplements, I have cut down my need for Rx's to once or twice a month. Digest Gold rocks!

My digestive issues responded better with the Enzymedica Digest Gold without the probiotics. For some reason I experience more bloating and gas with this one. I have used the Digest Gold for over two years and never had these effects with it. I thought it would be better with the combination of probiotics - but it is not for me.
