My healthcare provider recommend Deplin, but I found it too expensive, and after research found that 5-MTHF L-Methylfolate was the active indigentient in Deplin, so I tried this product. It is works well for me, and I can recommend it. But suggest you talk to you health care provider before trying it yourself.
