I've been using collagen peptides from sports research & my joint pain was gone, i mistakenly bought this & had hoped it would be just as good, however after 2 months my joint pain has returned. I'll pay better attention when ordering next time & will not reorder this.
I usually buy "Pure Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides, Dietary Supplement, Grass Fed, 16 OZ<br />Sports Research" but for about $7 dollars less I decided to give this a try. It does not mix as well, but it does end up dissolving completely with no after taste. Will buy again
I love this product! I put it in my keto drink also by giant sports. I'm a future bride and I want to grow my hair! I'm already seeing results. I also have problems with my wrists and knees. Who would've thought that a product that's good for your hair skin and nails also helps with your bones I'm feeling so much stronger and glowing!
I previously ordered this product under the Sports Research brand, and decided to try this one because it was $6 lower in price. Although the product description and packaging are nearly identical, this does not dissolve easily in coffee like the other brand did (I used 2 cannister before trying this brand). It forms a huge clump in yoyr coffee that looks like a meringue and requires a few minutes of cutting and stirring with a spoon. I'd rather spend the extra $6 for the other brand that dissolves instantly 😞
I was using collagen powder by Herbalife and I was very happy with the results, but I started feeling sad every day. Hopefully collagen complete works just as well without the mood changes. I have no problems adding this powder to my hot tea. It dissolves completely. I will update this review in a few weeks. UPDATE 1/2/2019: I have not felt any mood swings or sadness as a result of using this collagen powder. I will keep using it every day and update again soon.
I was using the sports research brand, which does mix ok coffee. I bought this when amazon changed it’s mind for a hot second and it was amazon’s choice. It does not mix well with coffee. It does mix well in a fruit smoothie. It does make my joints feel much better than the other brand. It does make my tummy feel good. As an extra bonus my nails are long and strong. Also, I get to enjoy just plain coffee again.
