I have been taking Ashwagandha for over a year, and loved it! However, the brand I used to take changed their formula, so I gave this a try. It did absolutely nothing. In fact, it actually made me gain weight. However, it was super easy (and free) to return.

A lot of companies give a higher dose than necessary. Blue Bonnet is the best.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.

Good quality supplement. About three weeks in and noticing a difference, mostly in energy levels.

Solid formulation. A bit pricey but I think it's worth it for the label transparency.

It's fine. Did what I expected, nothing more. Might try other brands before reordering.
