Never got to actually try it
I would of written my review earlier, but it’s been crazy with the move and all. I was really excited to try this item since my personal trainer told me about it. Sadly it ended up in the trash because it looks as if the inside had gotten wet possibly. It was sticky and clumps together, I didn’t want to chance it and tossed it in the trash ☹️

Been taking this for about six weeks.
Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Capsules are on the larger side, hard for me to swallow.
