Fine for the price
Zero clumping, which I appreciate since my old one needed a whisk every time. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable. There's a chalky, medicinal aftertaste I just can't get past.

Clean ingredient list with no fillers I didn't recognize — exactly what I look for. Recovery between sessions has clearly improved; less soreness the next day.

Exactly what I was hoping for
Finally one that doesn't taste artificial. The vanilla is subtle and pleasant. You can tell this is a quality formulation; transparent labeling and third-party tested. Saw a real difference in my hair and nails within a month — not placebo, measurable.
