There are any number of ingredients contained in this product that I was unwilling to injest: My eyes got bigger than my brain by looking at what this product could do, but, I returned it. A lot of fillers in supplements, I do not ever want to swallow: To each his/her own.

I started taking this probiotic daily after a surprise diagnosis and treatment for diverticulitis. So far it's been a one-time deal, and I owe a lot of it to the added daily capsule. I did not take the entire round of prescribed antibiotics because they made my heart race. I just took the probiotic and changed my diet temporarily. We do eat vegetarian and have recently focused more on a vegan diet, and my belly is a lot happier. No more cramping or constipation. I plan on continuing to take this capsule!

I bought this product for the first time awhile ago; I have used probiotics for years, alternating brands and strains to reinforce my immunity & to promote a balanced microbiome. I am very happy to report that I have felt "a difference" with this brand. I work in a hospital, I am exposed to germs & diseases daily. I have had a feeling of well being that is consistent with the time line I started taking these. In addition to having a gentle digestive benefit, resulting in consistency and regularity, these are made in the USA & non GMO. I also eat to promote my gut flora [with pre and probiotics], and I feel the Inner Heath Probiotic offers 7 excellent strains to support colonization & optimize my gut health to strengthen my immune system.

I bought this because I had heard from a friend that probiotics can help with gas and bloating. No body likes being around a pretty girl that farts too much! While it did help with those two problems, it also helped with so much more! I have gotten sick less (improved immune system), I have more energy and I have become more regular. When I started taking the probiotics, I also started making sure that I drank more water. Between the energy boost, the hydration and becoming more regular...I lost weight!!!<br /><br />My stomach is happier, my body is happier and I am happier now that I have more energy! (My husband is happier that I'm not so gassy too) I honestly could not tell you if 5.75 Billion is a lot when it comes to probiotics, but I can tell you that those 5.75 billion little friends of mine helped me become healthier and happier than I have been in a long time!

I used this for about a week with no ill effects, but this brand is a mystery to me! I could find no reviews on reputable websites, or any test results, that would indicate the capsules contain what the manufacturer claims they do. So even though it allegedly contains the strains I want, I have switched to Garden of Life, which has similar strains and has been tested by Consumer Lab.
