I have been taking Tropical Oasis B-12 for a few months and it's great to get up in the morning and take 5 droppers of the B-12 and actually feel l'm ready to face the day. Due to the great benefits I'm receiving from the B-12 is why I decided to try the Mega Multi-Vitamin because I'm sure I will benefit from this supplement as well. Well I was right I am 73 years old and haven't felt this great in years. Takes me back to the good old days when I could exercise, dance and enjoy life. I've even gone back to work because feeling as good as I do I can now supplement my social security. Thanks Tropical Oasis!

WoW ~ just ~ WoW !!!!<br />I read article after article talking about how our food supply is lacking in so many important Minerals & Vitamins caused by decades of soil erosion here in America .. so like millions of other people, i researched &#34;Liquid Minerals & Vitamins&#34; .. which brought me to Tropical Oasis brand .. not knowing what to expect, I received my Order, cracked open the bottle and was at first, really happy that it tastes so GOOD .. so many other supplements I tried over the years do not compare to how good the Tropical Oasis tastes .. but the reason why I said &#34;WOW&#34; is because about 4 or 5 days after starting my daily shot of Tropical Oasis Mega, I feel GREAT .. I have more energy, more mental clarity, I'm sleeping more soundly at night and I just feel Healthy .. wish I would have found this product YEARS ago :-)

I used another brand of liquid vitamins which were great for me, but they seem to no longer be available. Reluctantly, I searched for an alternative and this product is GREAT. Similar strong vitamin and mineral values and frankly, a MUCH better taste!

I do like what the product promotes in two tablespoons. The taste is not bad but I did find that the more you shake it the product tastes less like vitamin and more fruity. Time will tell when I get my vitamin levels checked! Keeping my fingers crossed.<br />I was concerned about the possibility of GI upset but no nausea or tummy issues.<br />Update on blood work:<br />All my levels checked were great! As a 66 year old man taking different vitamin pills every day just seemed like a waste of time. Especially when you get busy and you forget to take them. Liquid vitamins makes more sense to me.
