Price per pill isn't bad, I have been taking this along with MtnOps Blaze and Ammo for meal replacement during the day. I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks along with eating a sensible dinner portion. I will continue using these products with a goal of losing 40lbs.

I used the STM sticks for a while, wanted to switch it up. These are awesome! Very happy with them definitely helped in my digestive health. Especially with a high protein diet and not a lot of fiber these have helped tremendously.

I've been having gut issues for over a year. Didn't matter what probiotic i used, some made me gassy, some constipated, some had other issues, but Mtn ops has some really quality stuff here.
