I really enjoy this. It helps with my recovery but I originally bought it for gut health and it really works.

Good flavor but it does settle quickly after mixing.

This product is great, and I love it, and I'll continue to use it. However, the scoop handle is too short, the opening in the jug is too small for my hands, and the jug is too tall. This perfect storm of features renders it impossible for me to reach the last third of the contents. Otherwise, I would gladly give a 5 star review. Whenever I grow tired of asking my wife to add 2 scoops to my blender bottle, I pour it in a Ziploc or a Tupperware.

This glutamine flavor is amazing and has helped me build lean muscle. I have been able to recover better than before. It is a great protein building block.

Ive been trying out new products recently and this is one of my favorites. It tastes great and I've found its been great for recovery after my workout routines. Definitely recommend.
