We have heard a lot of positive about high dose Melatonin (& no negative) so we decided to try it. I'll report on how it well it works in a year or so; if I remember.

I've tried MANY over the counter sleep aids and even a prescription sleep aid, but nothing works nearly as good at this. After some research, there are some benefits for weight loss, memory improvement, cancer prevention, anti aging as well. I fall asleep in less than 30 minutes, and stay asleep all night. I do have some vivid dreams which are interesting. I wake up feeling rested and alert.

Nice high dosage but didn't really do it for me. Took too long to work. Took it 30 mins or some times more before bed. Still woke up in the middle of the night. Price is also too high to keep purchasing every month since it is shared with my Hubby. Save your money and purchase Nature's Bounty Sleep 3 instead. It combines melatonin and natural herbs that pack a noticeable effectiveness. Less mg but more effective. Be careful of melatonin overdose symptoms. Look it up! The side effects out weigh the benefit of this high dose melatonin. Hope this honest opinion helps others.
