What a waste of packaging- for a vitamin company that pretends to care about health- what about the health of the planet? This bottle was only 1/8 full and it's a huge plastic container with a very large plastic lid. Very flashy packaging but soooooo wasteful. If you take the vitamins as prescribed, for a family of four the bottle will be empty in less than a week. I like the taste but will not buy these again because the packaging is so wasteful and damaging to the planet.

Ended up in emergency with massive internal bleeding. Found that Bacillus Coagulans MTCC 5856 may not be safe for people to use. They studied this on 36 people!!! 36 !!! Irresponsible!

This product definitely helps with regularity and improved gut-health. I have found it to be very helpful. I am not sure about the "funny" smell that some have commented about and wonder if their product might have either gotten overheated or might be old/close to expiration. I find that it has a pleasant smell, somewhat like that of a cross between cantaloupes and tangerines. Yes, it has added sugar but I do not find it to be overly sweet. I suspect the sugar is used to help with keeping the gummies from sticking together. I think the use of sugar is a better choice over cornstarch. Each time my new bottle has arrived, it appeared that the bottle was a bit too large for the number of gummies contained, but I think the additional size has something to do with helping the gummies from sticking together. Living in the NE U.S., I have not had a problem with receiving melted gummies. I just received a new bottle today that came in a cardboard box with an insulated envelope and non-toxic freezer pack inside, and the product was still cool and in perfect condition. For anyone who might struggle with arthritis, the bottle is not difficult to open. You just gently push down and twist to open. Because the bottle is easy to open, it should definitely be kept out of reach of children who might mistake this product for "candy" due to its pleasant taste. I would also suggest keeping your bottle closed tightly and placed in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight between uses to prevent moisture from getting into the bottle and overheating that could melt or affect the potency of the gummies. Each gummy is very soft and does not get stuck in your teeth when chewed. This is a really good quality product, unlike other types of gummies that you have to dig out of your molars after chewed! I typically eat one after dinner; however, I have eaten it on an empty stomach without noticing any type of stomach upset or abdominal discomfort. The recommended dosage is (1) a day, but I have occasionally taken (2) at a time, again, without experiencing any abdominal discomfort or stomach upset. I paid $13.99/bottle which puts the unit price at $0.466 per gummy which I feel is a bit pricey, but I guess it is a fair price given how well this product works!

Delicious gummies but pricey. I wanted to try these to see if they were any different from the generic brand fiber at any store. The taste is amazing. However, they are very expensive for a supply. I decided to go back to the sugar free fiber gummies from Walmart. As a note though, they do produce some gas so you may want to start taking them on a weekend to allow your body to adjust.

Name says it all-- Balanced Belly indeed. I felt great after taking these nightly. Felt like they brought balance back into my life.

We are pretty weary about vitamins and supplements in our home. We like to know that the company we are buying from is reliable and not adding lots of extra additives. To be honest, we originally bought this brand because it was the only one we could find without high fructose corn syrup. Now, we buy this brand for everything! We use OLLY probiotic/prebiotic, women's daily, men's daily, energy supplements, and protein powder. These probiotic/prebiotic vitamins have a great flavor and are just the right amount of sweet. The packaging on these was better than expected. I ordered these during the summer and the vitamins arrived in a temperature regulating package inside a box. The gummies were not melted at all. Would highly recommend these to anyone looking for a good probiotic/prebiotic vitamin.
