I got this along with the African Mango Extract and Garcinia Cambogia almost two weeks ago. Once I figured out how<br />to take it that works great for me (no, I didn't take them dry!), I am actually enjoying it! I mix all three in a little container<br />along with a packet of Splenda (sorry, but it makes it very tasty) and about 4 or 5 ounces of unsweetened almond milk,<br />stir it till the lumps are almost gone, and drink it - yum! I've gotten used to the little lumps and they don't bother me,<br />taste-wise. I'll also mix it ahead to take in my lunch bag and then just shake it and drink (no lumps left by then).<br /><br />I really like the bulk powder. I was taking the Ashwagandha in capsules before, but this is much better, especially<br />economically. The fact that there are no fillers or anything else in the powders make them good, pure, and clean<br />products. I'm glad to have found you, Micro Ingredients!!!

Arrived quickly, Has a different aroma that took a bit of time to get used to smelling. I Mix it with my Psyllium powder n water and drink before I eat. I sleep more soundly,but most of all, my muscles no longer seem to ache as they did.

Only thing I had a problem with was when I accidentally took a double dose on accident, it gave me a really bad head ache and made me sweat.<br />That aside, it smells like sh*t, I'm sure it tastes like sh*t, but I wouldn't know, because I capped it. After I saw everyone saying on here that it tastes bad, I just used the gelatin capsules I bought to take my kratom, and voila! No taste, no smell, perfectly harmless going down, no struggles!<br />OMG THE EFFECTS OF THIS! It's like I'm a different person. I have a chronic illness, several actually, most of which have beaten me down with fatigue! It's awful, but THIS root has given me more motivation than I ever would have imagined. Since getting my illnesses I haven't been able to work, I've had really bad anxiety, and can't stand more tan a half hour due to pain. This has gotten rid of ALL of that, in just 4 DAYS! I'm now cleaning and cooking all in one standing, I'm thinking about going back to work AND going back to college, and my eye sight has even improved! That was an unexpected prize! No more blurriness, and no more crappy night vision! I can't say wnough how happy I am with this ashwaganda root. Who knew, first one I tried would be THE ONE! I'm so happy :D

I've been looking for some Ashwagandha that was close to the same stuff that I used to purchase from Powder City and so far this Ashwagandha from Micro Ingredients is pretty close. It's some good stuff, especially when combined with 0.30cc of Aniracetam. Gives me a calm clarity with a sharp focus. Awesome stuff..

I bought this for my son and for me. He has been under a great deal of stress and i am continually trying to recover from the damag done to my immune system due to my life crisis. I hadnt really been sleeping for years and to tell the truth i didnt even pay attention until i was telling my son how i was finally sleeping better. It was because of the Ashwaganda i was taking When i reordered it i bought this one i saw my son today and he told me he and his wife talk every day about how much calmer they feel and how relaxed i look.

what I like the most is that this helps me sleep. No tossing and turning. I really like that I can put it in my coffee in the morning and I am good to go out and about.
