Not pleased with the way the item was shipped. It arrived to my house with a melted, hot, ice pack in a warm reflective mailer. Who knows if the product is still viable. Inside on a card there was a hot tip, don’t order before a weekend to prevent the item sitting, how about don’t ship until a weekday? I feel like I wasted my money and I am not pleased.
I have no gut health issues per se; just took this as a proactive thing for two weeks. Worked well for me. Caused no digestive side effects.<br /><br />I stumbled on an interesting report from one of the higher-end online supplement stores: Klaire There-biotic Complete appears to be prescribed by MDs and NDs more than any other probiotic. Innate Response Flora 20-14 was second. I've also used VSL#3 and Natren Healthy Trinity and they both seemed good.
Came warm, this suppliment supposed to be cold and kept in refrigerator, but it came with ice pack that was totally warm.
Product is good. Shipping was disappointment. It did not come packed on ice as I expected.
The majority of us order probiotics because we are trying to recover our G.I. health or trying to mantaing a healthy gut balance.<br />In my particular case, I have ordered these probiotics due to therapy which requires the best quality probiotics to succeed. I was very sad and dissapointed after opening the package where the bottle was warm to the touch.<br />There is a reason why the manufacturer clearly states "KEEP REFRIGERATED" on the label; at medical facilities this probiotic is kept refrigerated to maintain effectiveness. For the price of this great product I will expect it to be handled with a little bit more care, taking in consideration the customer expectation for such a delicate supplement.<br />Now, I must look for another seller or probably another website, extending the wait time to continue my recovery :(
This is an awesome product with great quality so I'm giving it 4 stars. But I would recommend to NOT buy it through Amazon because they do NOT ship it with an ice pack. I had to return mine and they refunded me accordingly.
