I have my kiddo take this daily, but only half a tablet. It really helps keep them “regular” especially with picky eaters where it’s hard to get them to eat their veggies and fibrous foods. They used to always complain their tummy hurt ever day because they weren’t pooping regularly, and these have done the trick. No more belly aches. A whole tablet was just too much though, which is why I only give 1/2. Also AMAZING customer service!! I order these all the time and the last packet came with some of the foil packs torn and exposed to the elements. They sent a replacement right away!
