I don't know if it's just me but I laid awake for an hour sometimes 2 even after a week.<br /><br />Update : After taking 2 every night for a week they do seem to be helping.

These taste great and help me fall asleep after my tough workouts. I do have some crazy dreams. It could just be me. I don’t feel sluggish when I wake up either.

I would have preferred a cheaper price; however, they are worth the price, and don't taste bad! Not sure if I would buy again, but I think I received my money's worth.

I’ve tried many brands of melatonin, but none that cost what these do. But, THEY WORK! Once taken, within 30 min it’s bed time. Ensure you have 8-10 hours to dedicate. If not, you will be tired the next day.
