The good news is that the product works well. Sublingual often works better than an oral intake of the same substance because it bypasses the GI system and crosses the blood-brain barrier fast. The bad news is that it is a nasty tasting pill, even though it dissolves fairly quickly. Peppermint without any sweetener added is not nice at all. It's beyond me that they have not solved what seems like such an easy thing to fix. Although I was tempted to return it I decided to get creative. The 2nd night I placed 2 tablets under my tongue as usual and then added a lozenge on top of my tongue. That worked, so I didn't notice the bitter taste of the pills. I see online that there is another flavoured product available so I'll try it but if it proves to be a problem then I'll stick with this product and tweak the flavour. I deducted one star because I think they can remedy this.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Caused stomach upset almost every dose. May work fine for others but definitely not for me.

Switched from a more expensive brand and honestly can't tell the difference in results. Saves money.
