Best liquid melatonin I’ve tried. I’ve tried 6 different brands in the past year. This is the only one that works well for me.

Fermented melatonin seems to work better for me than non-fermented. I use it almost every evening since developing some serious sleep deprivation from Lyme co-infections. My naturopath recommended this brand and my sleep pattern has improved dramatically.

Taste is yucky , for me at least . Product seems to work well but takes time to get your system to get use to it. I think it works well so I ordered 2 more bottles . Well been on it now a few months , ordered 3 more bottles , have suggested to friends and now they buy it as well . We all want to get off prescription drugs for sleeping ,
