I've been taking this for about a month and it's honestly amazing, I love it :) I bought it at a beauty expo, because I saw it's all natural, and it's helped me soo much with my sleep!! I'm not as dependent on sleeping pills as I used to be, along with the vitamins I used to take in order to look refreshed and not so zombie-like every day haha. But this product does all that and much more! Definitely worth the price and lasts a while, awesome for anyone looking to revitalize and look bright and awake every day :)

I love these pills! I have taken other products similar to these in the past but none have worked. The first night I took these I got a full nights sleep and felt energized in the morning. Definitely recommend!

It took a while, but these pills actually do work for me. I have to take quite a bit of prescribed medication for various medical problems and a side affect is I get very little sleep as a result. Taking Ambien or other prescribed sleeping pills was just asking for an addiction or a severe reliance on something stronger after developing a tolerance to the highest dose of the current sleeping pill a doctor could prescribe. So, to save myself a lot of aggravation, I thought I'd give this a try. The timing was perfect since I'd just run out of my last prescription, so the first night was the beginning of my trial run.<br />Night one...two pills was suggested thirty minutes before bed, but more could be taken if that didn't work, especially starting out. Well, as you can guess, two didn't quite make it, so I tried two more. About 45 minutes later, I fell asleep reading my Kindle fire.<br />Night two...started with two pills. Now, these are not tiny pills, folks. Gel tabs that can be difficult to swallow and it is recommend that while taking them, an eight ounce glass of water is consumed, also. I don't know about you, but taking about five pills and drinking right ounces of water just about constituetes a meal! And right before bed! No wonder the label says thirty minutes before bedtime. Anyway, two wasn't working again, but this time, I only added one. Sleeping again thirty minutes or more later, I wasn't really checking the time.<br />Night three...two pills. I didn't waste time adding more, I just started reading my Kindle fire. I don't remember how far I got, I was asleep.<br />By now, two weeks later, I'm down to one pill, except for the nights when I've had a more stressful day than usual.<br />Yes, I would recommend these to others who have had trouble sleeping and have taken prescription pills, wanting to switch to something more natural. I have them four stars because of the size...my throat can't take the large pill. I just wonder if these could be made into a tea or out into a smaller gelcap so people wouldn't complain about the pain of the pill not going down smoothly.<br />I was not given these as compensation for my review, I purchased these of my own free will. I will probably purchase them again.

This is the best natural sleep aid that I've ever taken. Melatonin alone doesn't do much for me, but this formulation is great! I normally tend to wake many times in the night but on the days that I take it, my sleep seems to be very deep. It makes me a bit sleepy about 30 minutes after taking it and I never have problems waking up. Great product!!

Did not work for me.... not at all. It made me agitated.
