I took this in preparation for two certification exams (Network+ and Security+). After hearing recent changes to both exams has drastically lowered the first-time passing rate, I admit I was shaking in my boots just a teency bit. I'm fully confident that these pills not only aided in my ability to study on my own accord (something I've ALWAYS had trouble with), but it has kept me alert and quick-witted in the classroom and just general day-to-day life. I am proud to say that out of a class of eight, I was the only one to pass both tests on the first attempt. You can chalk it up hard work and focus, and I completely agree. However, I know for a fact I would have had a much harder time keeping target had I not given these a shot, and I will continue to support this product as I have experienced nothing but positive results.

I have almost finished my first bottle, and I have notice that my cognitive function is definitely better. I'm not struggling to remember words as much, and I seem sharper in general. More surprising, I've noticed my anxiety has gone down lately and I feel much more calm and relaxed. I didn't really put the two together until I happened to read that Brain Boost improves mood on the bottle. It's definitely helping. I'll be buying another bottle.

Take my honest opinion for what its worth....<br /><br />It is my opinion, that Brain Boost does aid in memory retention. As a 40something year old adult, I found myself needing to memorize LARGE memory chunks of complex information at a time, with EXACT syntax and verbiage. We all know when we get to a certain age, shifting gears and diving into new subject matter can be a challenge. Learning it and being able to recite it word for word perfectly seems to be an impossibility. I was shocked to not only be able to do that, but to be able to do it with relative ease.<br /><br />I had issues 30 years ago when I was in school. I was hyperactive and nothing held my attention. Learning was difficult. Doctors put me on all kinds of medication. Later this was called ADHD, and is a common known issue that effects both kids and adults. It makes learning a challenge.<br /><br />This does not cure me from having a wondering mind, but I am fairly well focused and I have been able to recall what I need to recall, when I need to recall it, with ease. Nothing about this screams magical. Its not a substitute for a prescription but, It also does not have any of the terrible side effects one suffers on a prescription for ADHD.<br /><br />It really sheds some light on how much nutrition effects memory. This is such an easy, cost effective solution to put you in the best possible position to change your memory retention.

I have taken this for almost a week and I can tell you right now I truly hope I can take this the rest of my life. I have been on medications for anxiety, depression, and ADD for years. I am a 46 year old woman. I have already seen DRASTIC improvements in these areas: mood, motivation, memory, brain fog, and just an overall feeling of well being. It's not like an Adderall ( my prescribed ADD medication) &#34;high&#34;...where you feel hyperfocused for a few hours and then you hit bottom, plus have nasty side effects, including tolerance, addiction, high blood pressure, bad headaches, wanting to sleep after &#34;coming down&#34;...just to name a few. Adderall was taking over my life, I stressed out daily over it and my moodiness got horrible as I developed tolerance to it. Brain Boost gives you the ability to feel better everyday, with natural ingredients. I suggest consulting with your doctor before stopping any medication, because everybody is different, but I just finished my current prescription of Adderall, and have another ready to be filled. I won't be filling it. I don't need it anymore. I'm so grateful I did my research and found Brain Boost. I will post a follow up after I finish this bottle.

I am about to start my second bottle and will soon be ordering my third. I would have to say that… Bright – Clear – Focused – A bit more alert ... comes to mind when describing the results of Brain Boost. I look forward to taking it each morning.
