The flavor didn't really bother me much, tasted like a mix of Tang and Gatorade. It was just too expensive, especially when I found out about another NSF brand that I can use for less than half the price.

I have been following the Keto diet for months now and struggling to have powerful workouts. I did some research on this product and decided to try it. I have taken it for one week and worked out 5 straight days. I notice a huge difference in my energy level throughout my workouts. One thing to keep in mind is that it has a very strong acidic taste. I mixed it with more water than recommended and it really tasted like a creamcicle. :)

My trainer recommended this because of the clean ingredients. I find my DOMS go away about a day sooner since I've been taking this. It's not bitter, not too sweet. Not like a creamsicle, more like you squeezed an orange into your water. I take one scoop in 16 oz water first thing in the morning and another in the afternoon on an empty stomach. No stomach issues even with the xylitol.

Very small amount for the price. Similar better tasting products from GNC cost less. The package came without a packing slip or return label. Probably will not reorder.

Bad taste and did not notice a difference in strength or recovery.
