Love this product. I use both the liquid and powder. Use powder at home, and liquid when out for the day for its ease. This product healed my acne fast. I have had acne for over 40 years, nothing has ever worked, and almost ALL probiotics made it worse.

I believe this stuff is really good for is for a number of reasons, I just wish I could actually feel a difference either physically or psychologically over a period of time but I can't say that I do. I think its benefits are so subtle that its not noticeable. Regardless of that, I will continue taking it because like I said, I do believe its very good for us and provides many of the minerals that we don't regularly get.

Good, but I prefer the bottled BLK Water, the bottled water is not as convient for travel, but more effective. Same price.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
