I love this product. I have tried colon cleanse before, this is by far the best. It does exactly what is supposed to. Its not hard on the digestive system. Drink plenty of eater for maximum results.

Here's answers I can give you to questions you actually are looking for in a review on this type of product:<br />1).Did it make you lose weight?- Yes I did lose about 3 lbs and I lost 2inches off my waist<br />* I do want to add toward the end (currently) I am down with a chest infection so I have not been as vigilant with taking the pills as directed.<br />2). Did it make you run to the bathroom with explosive diarrhea? No! The first day I didn't see any results. After that I was going about 4-5 times a day but it wasn't like SUPRISE!!! YOU'RE ABOUT TO NEED A NEW PAIR OF DRAWERS!<br />3). Did it give you stomach cramps? Yes and No. most days I did not feel any ill effects but I did notice if I did not drink enough water I would get cramps at night time.<br /><br />***Advice- Google how much water should I drink and you will find a tool to put in your height and weight and recommendation for water consumption. This was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I was so excited to try this and used it on a Friday morning. I had incredible stomach pains within a few hours and th described cleanse effects. But the stomach pain got worse. I took another dose the next day and was in complete agony. The stomach pain was so bad that I couldn’t think straight. I threw up anything I attempted to eat or drink, and still my stomach ached and had cramps. I did not take a dose the next day, Sunday, and yet the cramps and ache and trouble concentrating continued. I went to an emergency clinic (Patient First) that evening and took the bottle with me. They were convinced that this was either a tainted product or that it had interacted with my body poorly. The doctor I saw said that he has seen similar symptoms from supposed cleanses. They advised I not take this again. I ended up having to miss two days of work because I could hardly walk without feeling sick and like I needed to vomit. I didn’t feel back to myself for a few more days. It was terrifying. The pain and nausea were so much worse than any food poisoning or stomach virus. I honestly thought my life was ending because the pain was so bad the first two days. It was scary. I still have the bottle sitting in our medicine cabinet downstairs. I was so hopeful for this product, but not only did it cause me to suffer, but it cost me two days of work and a visit to the doctor. I would not recommend this product. I think the positive reviews must be fake. Save yourself the pain and agony and don’t waste your money on this.

I purchased this as a replacement for the Dr Tobias Colon Cleanse that I had been taking previously because this was on a deal. I do have to say that it does work as it claims. One pills only mildly works for me, but one is what I take as it helps to keep me regular, but not running to the bathroom for several hours each day. The colon cleanse is a gentle cleanse as it states on the bottle and I do not get really bad cramps when taking.<br /><br />I will take two pills at night to help me if I get constipated and by the next morning I am ready to have a bowel movement, but it is not overwhelming to where I feel uncomfortable and need to run to the bathroom. When I do take two at night I will also have multiple bowel movements throughout the day and by the afternoon I feel really great and not constipated and bloated.<br /><br />I would definitely recommend this product for people who are looking for more of a gentle colon cleanse or for occasional constipation.

I found this Colon Cleanse to be very effective without the normal discomfort or bloating you feel with other products. I did not feel like I was limited in where I could be because of the way other Colon Detox and Cleansers cause everything to liquify in your gut. It is great to use a product that achieves its desired results that does not disrupt your normal routine and cause too much stomach discomfort. I was still able to go to the gym and walk my dog a lot without being nervous about needing to be ever close to a bathroom. This is a powerful but gentle enough product to use while going about your normal routine and work. I also liked I how could use three pills if I wanted to up the effect particularly on the weekend. Thanks for a great product. P.S. I've used other similar products targeted to men and frankly they only were for 7 days. That is too short and the effect is too much within such a short time frame. Men's bodies need to be detoxed and cleansed just as much, just as often, and just and effectively and thoroughly as women. This product does that and more.
