Good stuff but way too expensive.

This stuff is good. Lab tested and solid. Of you are looking for Glutamine, this is a solid option in terms of product and quality. However, at farm near $50 for 100 servings, this is WAY more expensive than the great products Titan is competing with. You can get high end Optimum Nutrition for about $13 for 60 servings so do the math. Titan is making good stuff here and I love the lab tested voracity. They just priced themselves out of the market in my opinion.

Been using for about 40 days. Good product

4/5 Rating

Pros
Great recovery aid if you are workout regularly
Doesn't taste bad
High quality ingredients

Cons
A little on the expensive side

Been using product for about 40 days. I haven't been going all out in my workouts but I do work up a good sweat. This stuff helps me recover super quick. I'm not as young as I used to be but it helps me not be sore when it's time to go back at it. It doesn't taste bad but it does help if you mix it with something good.. Like juice.. It is a little pricier than most.

Neutral on this

Been taking it for 30 days without any improvement in joint pain.
Holding out some hope it may still help.

Definitely not tasteless as claimed - it tastes terrible. You have to mix it with juice or something to be edible.

Great supplement, but considerably more expensive than competitors

This is a great L-Glutamine supplement. 5g per serving, 100 servings per container. It works. As an avid cyclist, I've used L-Glutamine supplements for many years as part of my recovery regime after hard workouts and long rides, and this one works as well as others. Some other glutamine supplements I've taken are 3.5g per serving, this one is 5g. Yes, one can always adjust the amount you take to get more or less of the supplement. I do consider 3.5g the minimum for recovery, with 5g being optimal for me.

This appears to be a high quality product, but it's downside is the price. Well regarded competitors come in at half the cost or less for an equivalent serving. Bring the price down and you have a winner.

Been taking this for about six weeks.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Third-party tested, clean label.

Third-party tested, clean label. That's what I look for first. Actually works too, which is a bonus.
