I do love the Life extension products and feel like the quality is very good with no GMOs or fillers. That’s said, this product is good but the Now Foods 5mg melatonin works better for me. I thought I would try this but went back to the Now product almost immediately. Can’t mess with our precious sleep.

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
