I love this probiotic!<br />I received a discount in return for an HONEST review. I am not required to leave a POSITIVE review and I certainly would not if I didn’t like it! For one thing, I only got a discount, I didn’t get it free. So, when you see people leaving reviews in return for a discount, please keep in mind that we are encouraged to tell the truth by the seller, whether it’s good or bad. And most of the time we (at least I do!) actually are paying something for the product. I wouldn’t buy something I don’t need, even at a discount!<br />I did not leave my review immediately after my purchase arrived, because I needed to give it some time to see how much it would help me. This means it takes anywhere from a couple extra days to a week to decide what kind of a review I am going to give. It’s only fair to wait and actually take the product before reviewing it, in order for the review to be completely honest.

I've been taking probiotics for years, first with a supermarket brand, and then a pricier health store brand and I thought they were doing the job. When I finished my last bottle, I did some browsing on Amazon to look at different options and stumbled upon this product, priced less than what I was paying for my fancy health store brand. I was interested in this because It's micro-encapsulated, which will help it survive past the stomach, includes digestive enzymes and has a few strains that weren't in my usual brand. So I thought I'd give this a try.<br /><br />And boy does this work! Within an hour of taking it, I bloated up like a Thanksigving turkey! Now, you might be asking yourself why on earth that's a good thing? Because that means it's working! Within a few hours, things were just gurgling down through my guts and out. Obviously, my old probiotic was not nearly as effective as this one. I expect the bloating after taking the probiotic to subside in a few days once my stomach gets used to it, but I will definitely stay with this brand and recommend it to others.

I have been taking this probiotic supplement for about a month and I haven't noticed that it has done anything to help my digestion. I have a lot of problems with constipation and I was in hopes that it would help with that and with how much gas I have, but I can't tell that it did much good. I was also disappointed that it didn't contain more strains of good bacteria because it was unclear on the website how many strains it contained and I was expecting it to contain more going by the advertisement on their website.

It is great for keeping an unhappy intestine very happy. Love it. It's a regular on my list now and very reasonably priced.
