I've been taking Ashwagandha root for a while however this is my first ksm 66 extract. I was concerned about the poor reviews however I saw that the Nootropics Depot guys are active in reddit and that gave me confidence to purchase from them.<br /><br />I am not disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed the benefits of Ashwagandha from this company. It's high quality and I definitely feel more chill, focus, calm, and clear. I also enjoy the extra clarity and energy before workouts. Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, etc, all felt very juicy taking this brand's Ashwaghanda. I also feel more recovered taking Ashwagandha post and pre workouts.<br /><br />Commuting in public transportation can be stressful and usually in those situations, I would be anxious and stresssd out however with this stuff I feel very zen. I simply go through the crowd camly.<br /><br />Things don't worry me as much and I'm more strategically easy going when I navigate through stressors.<br /><br />I do have a question though. When I ordered the 90 count Ashwagandha it had a tamper proof aluminum foil seal in addition to the outside shrink-wrap. My friend ordered two times of the 180 count pill and there was no tamper proof aluminum foil seal, just the outside shrink wrap. Very noticeable effect, definitely relieves anxiety! I wanted to leave a warning though - if you're dealing with clinical depression, it might make your symptoms worse. It did for me unfortunately. This is not the brand's fault, it's a property of the herb. This brand is excellent, I've gotten many helpful supplements from them in the past. (What worked better for me: rhodiola rosea. Note: just my personal experience. Please do your research and be safe! Many herbal medications work just as strongly as pharmaceuticals do, so you have to be careful. Everyone's body is different, but I wanted to share, because for me, taking this supplement gave me a very bad depressive episode that lasted for a few weeks.)

I started taking this supplement 2 weeks ago in hopes that it would help with my anxiety. In the last two weeks I have felt very aggravated and irritable for no reason at all. I am a very optimistic and cheerful person so this change was quite noticeable. I believe that the supplement caused this. As of today I am no longer taking the product.

I don't even leave Amazon reviews but I came to this listing to re-up since my bottle was getting low, saw that this product had 3.75 stars and had to comment. This is the best supplement ever. I tried ashwagandha from other brands and they don't compare to the quality control of Nootropics Depot. The benefits are too much to name. I could be here writing all day. All of the pros that you read about it are true. No other brand offers a 180 count for KSM-66 Ashwagandha and gives you more bang for your buck like ND does. Keep it up!
