I absolutely love this product. I know everyone has their own opinion and always 2 sides to every story, but I have been taking these for a hot min and I absolutely love them. I take 3 like 30 min prior to working out and I can lift heavier because I have the strength to. I will never stop as long as I am at the gym. Sold
I didn't see any changes in me .
Caused stomach upset almost every dose. May work fine for others but definitely not for me.
Took this for a month and didn't notice much change. Might just not work for me personally.
It's fine. Did what I expected, nothing more. Might try other brands before reordering.
Capsules are on the larger side, hard for me to swallow. Product might work but it's not practical.
