I thought this deserved a better rating than it's current 1 star. It's hard to judge something like this because a lot of the effectiveness is subjective, but I noticed no difference taking this after switching from organic ashwagandha root powder, suggesting it's similarly effective at least for me. This company is also beloved by reddit and the 60 gram amount should last something like 7 months of daily use, making both sizes cheaper than buying 1lb packages of the raw organic root powder.<br /><br />It is in fact just a container with lots of extract powder and no instructions or scoop or anything, so you will need a milligram scale to measure the amounts and some plan for how to take it like buying gel caps to put it in or stirring it into a hot drink. This takes a little bit of your time but is much cheaper than buying pre-made pills even including the associated costs. If you prefer the convenience of pre-made pills to the cash savings of extract powder then you should not buy sensoril in this form.

I take it sublingually whenever I'm feeling stressed. I'm an engineering student, so I take it quite often, haha. I'm a 190lb male, and take around 225mg per dose. It also helps me sleep at night. I recommend owning a scale when dealing with products such as these. I'm not sure if a scoop came with my purchase, the scoop show is believed to be mine and supplied with other products when making other purchases through the same vendor.

I've purchased hundreds of dollars of supplements and always add them to my coffee. This definitely gave me an emotional kick at a higher dose twice daily in my coffee. I also add Tongkat Ali (highly recommend) and GINSENG is a must! You'll be sniper focused with so much energy and what feels like an increase in testosterone (studied).

Been taking this for about six weeks. Energy is more consistent and I feel less sluggish in the afternoons. Happy with the purchase.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
