On the KSM-66 Ashwagandha website, they state KSM-66 has a neutral taste and is not bitter like other ashwagandha. This product is clearly bitter. So either it’s cut with another kind of ashwagandha or it’s not KSM-66.<br />Also, I’ve been taking KSM-66 for years and know the exact effect KSM-66 has on me and this does not have that effect.

The KSM-66 is excellent.! All you reviewers complaining about no scoop.. Get a darn scoop elsewhere! The 'product' is great.

I like it, I use it to lower my cortisol.

The label says it contains milk allergens. However, the ingredients only list KSM-66 ® Ashwagandha Root Extract. The powder has a very slight cheese or whey type of flavor.

Quality product as always from this company. Unfortunately the powder is a bit difficult to handle compared to other powdered supplements I've used (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but that's just the nature of the product, not a a fault of Nootropics Depot. Because of the difficulty in handling the powder, I would suggest buying the pre-capped product that they also offer.. That's what I will be doing next time.

Highly recommend. I also have regular ashwagandha extract which is also good but this ksm 66 is more potent and I feel the relaxing effect quicker. I take about an hour before going to bed.
