This has worked well for us. Our kids take a low dose ( .5mg-1mg) however, after prolonged use, we’ve noticed that it gives my daughter anger issues. We stopped using it and could tell a huge difference after 5 days. Sleep is a little harder to come by now. My husband and I still take it 1-2 times a week without any side effects.
This is my first time trying melatonin. I believe it is helping, I dont chew one every night but when I do I wake up well rested and I can actually remember my dreams. It tastes really good too!
Makes me sleepy. I take 2 and lights out ! Most times I don't even feel it coming...it's like a hammer to the head , but in a good way. Lol
It works perfect. I would recommend not to take it if you don’t have more than 6hrs-7hrs before waking up. If you have less you will make up drowsy and tired. And take 1 if you never taken it before and not use to it
I've been using Bluebonnet Melatonin now for a few months. I take 2 about an hour before bedtime and I find it makes me sleepy and relaxed. I appreciate the great taste of the chewables as I don't like swallowing pills. This brand is one I will continue to order.
This melatonin helps our daughter to settle her brain and to fall asleep relatively quickly. It works as advertised.
