Works well. I don’t want to take sleepy drugs too often. This seems to mellow me out and make me sleepy for bed. Hard to describe, but the nights just seem longer, like I have more time to sleep. Don’t feel drugged and groggy in the morning. Taste good too.

Love these. They are so tasty that it takes some self control not to eat extra! I give a quarter to my daughter when she's too wired to sleep and she goes down with much less drama. A half is just enough for me to hell me fall asleep easy. Great effects and flavor

I love that these are vegan and gluten-free. People don't realize that a lot of melatonin is animal-based. The flavor is good and they work great!

Supplement is great and happy to have found chewable 1mg supplement for melatonin. Also, it's in a glass jar, so fully recyclable and not plastic. Nice product that was no more expensive than junky stuff in plastic containers.

I love the flavor of these chewable or melt-in-your-mouth melatonin tablets. I also love the fact that they come in a 1mg dose, as most melatonin tablets these days only come in larger-sized dosages (e.g., 5 to 10 mg), and 1 mg has always worked well for me.

These are my kids’ favorite. I cut them in quarters for my younger one and in half for my older one as you really don’t need or want too much Melatonin. I just wish Bluebonnet made these in 500mcg or 300 mcg tablets.
