For years I've used metagenics glutagenics and have frequently stopped using it due to the random price hikes ($85 a jar - yikes!). After comparing the ingredients in glutamine synergy and glutagenics I realized they were completely identical and decided to give it a shot. I can't say the products are identical because I honestly feel that the glutamine synergy is working better for me then glutagenics did in the last year I was supplementing with it. I have a noticed a significant change (for the positive!!!) in my digestion and in the appearance of my abdomen. if, like me, you were a loyal glutagenics user I suggest giving this brand a chance. I was worried about the non- prime shipping but I received the product in a couple of days.

I am thrilled with this product in only 5 days of taking this before breakfast. The powder tastes like very watered down cream soda....so not too bad to drink. I have had GERD for a very long time along with terrible sinusitis. After 3 viral infections in a row two years ago, I was left with a messed up immune system overworking all the time causing cough and major phlegm/mucus in sinuses and lungs. 2 ENT's and 2 Pulmonologists said they didn't know what I had and had no treatment. SO THE JOURNEY BEGAN TO CURE MYSELF ! I have been able to cut down to one antacid per day (Pepcid).......the cough is almost gone and the phlegm production is much less and going away. My naturopathic doctor recommended this for my digestive problems. It has reallly helped. One scoop in the morning along with plant enzymes and slippery elm. Good results.

Looks and tastes the same. You can’t go wrong in switching from Metagentics to Glutamine Synergy. I highly recommend it.

I take this every morning . It keeps my ulcers at bay and helps my digestive track stay in order . Its tasty and you can mix it with anything .
