I take the electrolyte after a long night out, enjoying a few beverages. It helps with rehydration.

Fantastic! We sweat like pigs here in Texas in the heat (all year round!) and I always felt groggy next day like I had a hangover from working outside. I usually forget to take them until after I work but I never get that hangover anymore. No groggy feeling the next day. One time I did forget to take any and yes, I had that groggy feeling but I took two that day and felt better later. GET THESE! I hate those nasty drinks that have stevia or other gross tasting ingredients. THIS IS PLAIN! No extra crap added. They even have a little time release, the wax they put in them. I like my water and now I can drink my water, take these EASY to swallow pills (long thin tablets) and I am good to go! Thank you for your wonderful product! I wish I could buy them by the case and sell them. I have been searching for YEARS for something that had everything and yet had none of the ingredients I object to! THIS is it!
