It's 3 million CFU per two-capsule serving, not per capsule. I find this language to be misleading, and wish supplement manufacturers would stop doing it. Give a per capsule total for whatever it is in it.
This is a must have supplement for my dog, son, and myself. I've used this product for some 18 yrs, trying a few cheaper or "better" products (align) along the way and continue to come back to this. You don't have to refrigerate it, and the strains are very stable, even in a dated bottle, which you can get alot of the time when ordering it online at discounted prices.
It helps..and if it helps me...with all my stomach conditions.....it will help anyone
I have IBS-D and CFS. This didn't help, it only made me gassy.
Love it!! I have to have a dairy free diet and this is the only Probiotic I have found that is dairy free. It has made a huge difference in my ability to digest foods. Absolutely a must try if you have had trouble getting probiotics in your system. Very affordable also.
