First time taking these type of supplements. I do feel the difference from not taking them and taking them so i do feel they do work. So i gave it 5 stars. I wont be buying again since i found a different brand with great reviews and quality feels right and they cost less then these. If i wouldnt have found the other brand i would keep buying these at the price.

I got this directly from the seller when it first launched. I love it! I workout for two hours a day, 5 days a week. I usually do one hour of cardio and one hour of strength training or yoga. Adding the BCAAs has helped my body to recover more quickly, and I am not as sore after my workouts. Even better, I am noticing more muscle tone and definition since I started taking the BCAAs every day. I'm in my 50's, and I never thought I'd be working out like this and building muscle at this age.

I'm using this while following the Steve Zim program. I started with Superhero Nutrition and now with 6 Weeks to a Hollywood Body. it's the first time i take any supplements while working out. make sure to drink enough water when taking them because sometimes the taste comes up with a burp (i know gross). i have a scale that measures my body fat and it went down during the first 4 weeks to a percentage i never had. it gives me energy while working out and i see no problem with them.

Got good results, my abs are showing now after 2 mos tho I still need to work on it.<br /><br />Update (9th bottle): from 5 to 3 stars<br />I'm about to finish my 9th bottle, and I decided to stop taking it (8 pills/day) since I've noticed difficulty in breathing, always thirsty, and goes to the bathroom like 7x in just an hour and a half period to pee. I believe that my kidneys are somewhat affected. I still need to verify it with my doctor.<br />After four days, I am much better at doing my routine in a gym though I can feel my muscles sores after unlike before. I replaced it with chocolate milk packed with 11g protein since I didn't achieve the abs I prefer.

I have worked out for years on and off using whey and sometimes a pre workout drink. Decided to try these after the you tube video “workout like a super hero in 30 days” and I have seen gains in strength, endurance and recovery time adding this product to my routine. I’m not even done with my bottle yet and will be reordering. A def must try product. I take a full dose before my workout and a half dose after with my protein shake. I’ll be a super version of myself soon enough no doubt. GL ppl, hope this review helps someone.

If you have always had trouble/reluctance swallowing pills, you're not going to be thrilled to take these as directed. I'd read that they'd repackaged them into smaller capsules, which is good since I can't swallow large pills, but that means that you have to take twice as many pills in one serving, which is also difficult. 8 pills before AND after a workout? That's 16 pills!! I try to take them before my workouts but I almost never take them afterwards. It's just too much to manage. They are good quality BCAAs though.
