I love this product. I am a figure competitor and at the end of prep when I’m always hungry, I have trouble sleeping. Take two of these and it gently puts you to sleep and stay asleep and you don’t wake up feeling like you’ve been drugged. I’ve turned my mom and brother on to it as well and we all always have a bottle on hand!
Took it twice and couldn't sleep at all. Felt sick.<br /> Fyi: the main ingredient "Inositol" (primary ingredient) has mild side effects have been reported ...these include nausea, gas, difficulty sleeping, headache, dizziness and tiredness
They are ok, helps me fall to sleep, but still wake up during the night.

I have trouble sleeping and this sleep aid helps. It's easier to take it than all the individual ingredients. The pills are large to swallow but taste fine to chew.
