Very strong and did not care for flavor.

After suffering crippling insomnia and extreme sleep deprivation for past 30yrs, plus after much trial and error, plus combined with intermittent fasting meaning I only eat between 11am-4pm - fasting 18-19hrs - I’m finally sleeping unbelievably awesome. After much research it’s been said that it’s the lowest dose of melatonin that works is best. Like .33MG. Some may require more. My previous 500mcg from Trader Joes worked great for years till it was discontinued. This product works far better resulting in better quality and much deeper and sound sleep. I firmly believe much has to do with not eating anymore late meals or any snacks after 4PM

This was recommended to me by my physician. As opposed to pill-based melatonin that I used to take, this one works within an hour and allows me to wake up rested after 7-8h of sleep. The taste is pretty bad so I probably would not get it for children.

This knocks me out in 5 minutes, incredibly fast acting

This product has a strong, medicinal taste that I didn't care for. Some of the sublingual tablets work just as effectively as this product, so I will go back to using them. Also, the pump dispenser is not recyclable, which is a problem for those of us who are trying to reduce landfill waste disposal.

Works well. Deducting a star because the bottle is hard to open with one hand, but the product itself is solid.
