I like the skin benefits of this supplement. For my personal needs I took 2 in the mornings and 2 at night before bed with vitamin C . Which means the 30 capsules didn't last long. Customer service is great they respond to E mails very quickly also when I made my 1st puhase there was a get one free promotion I sent in my order ID and my honest product experience a few days after I got my free product in the mail which was very exciting.

The most immediate effect was my body detoxifying. I felt lighter. My skin's texture is gradually changing for the better. I'll continue use.
